Our office is in-network with major providers, including Aetna, Ameritas, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Principal, Sun Life, United Concordia Dental, and United Healthcare. While we might not be in-network with your provider, it's possible that we still may offer coverage from them. Just give us a call, and we'd be happy to check if you're covered. We can also file and track your claims to ensure you're getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.
