Invisalign in Kennesaw, GA
Straighter teeth in as little as 6 months!
What is Invisalign?
About 300 million people suffer from crooked teeth. While the shape and placement of your teeth are natural, crooked teeth can sometimes make you feel a little self-conscious. Doubly important, crooked teeth can often cause problems for your overall dental health.
Thankfully, there’s an easy solution — Invisalign.
Invisalign is the modern approach to straightening your teeth. Unlike traditional, bulky metal braces, the Invisalign system uses clear, removable aligners to gently reposition your teeth into the ideal position.
Invisalign is nearly invisible, comfortable, and easy to maintain! Contact us today to find out if Invisalign is right for you.
How Does Invisalign Work?
- Invisalign uses custom-fit, plastic aligners that place pressure on your teeth, gently moving them towards their ideal position.
- Wear your aligners for at least 22 hours a day, taking them out only to eat and brush/floss your teeth.
- You’ll switch to a new set of aligners every few weeks on your own. You’ll visit our office every 4-6 weeks or so. You’ll start to notice results in just a few weeks!
Answers to Your Questions
Am I a good candidate for Invisalign?
Nearly everyone is a good candidate for Invisalign clear braces! Invisalign easily treats most cases of underbite, overbite, overcrowding, gaps, and more. However, a few things you and your dentist will consider when determining whether or not this treatment is right for you include:
- Your ability and willingness to follow the treatment plan
- Your lifestyle and goals
- Your oral health situation
How much does Invisalign cost?
You can expect to spend about the same much on Invisalign as you would for traditional branches, however it will depend on the complexity of your situation. Your dental insurance may cover some Invisalign treatment costs. We’ll help you understand your benefit coverage and help maximize your benefits. We also offer savings plan options to help budget for your care.
Can a teenager get Invisalign?
That depends on whether or not your teenager can follow the recommended treatment plan. We find that some young people have a difficult time wearing their aligners for the necessary 22 hours a day. In that case, traditional non removable braces might be the better choice.
How long does Invisalign take?
On average, Invisalign treatment time is 12 to 18 months. Your exact treatment time will vary depending on your situation. In most cases, you’ll start noticing results in just a few weeks. We’ll help you know exactly what to expect before your treatment begins.
